3. Fees and Payments

The amount Creative Tow charges for its services will be covered in a separate agreement or proposal. The due date of such payments will be determined by the contract or the proposal. Failure to pay timely may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights concerning services offered by Creative Tow, which include but are not limited to designs, graphics, content, and strategies, vest solely in Creative Tow unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Creative Tow hereby agrees that any information provided by the client which is not available to the general public shall be considered confidential. At the exact time, clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed by Creative Tow.

6. Limitation of Liability

Further, Creative Tow shall not bear any responsibility for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, in association with the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services upon written notice if the other party breaches any material obligation and fails to cure such breach within 30 days of receiving written notice thereof. If non-payment or any grave breach occurs, Creative Tow retains the right to suspend or terminate the services immediately.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications to Terms

Creative Tow reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our website or services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
